DEVONFIELD HISTORY

Updated: Dec 4, 2023

In 1959, as a result of a public meeting, a committee was established with the aim of forming an organisation to provide training, employment and accommodation opportunities for people with a disability in the North-West and West Coast regions of Tasmania.

From this meeting Devonfield Enterprises Inc. evolved to what it is today – a not-for-profit organisation with a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for its client group, namely children and adults with disabilities.

Devonfield’s aim is to provide opportunities for community integration for people with disabilities and maximise their independence.

Please contact Devonfield if we can help you and your family achieve the extraordinary.
